Objectives of the Role
Perform accounting duties within a fast-paced and growing organization, while adhering to established standards.
Responsibilities

Month-end close for clients in varying industries.

Generating financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Support client relationships by providing organized financial records and contributing to our accounting operations' overall efficiency and accuracy.

Communicating with clients via email, text, or Zoom.

Support our tax professionals in preparing quarterly estimates and annual returns.

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Minimum of three years of experience in a public accounting firm.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of standard accounting and bookkeeping principles and best practices.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, whether working independently or as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and company financial information.
