Objectives of the Role
Perform accounting duties within a fast-paced and growing organization, while adhering to established standards.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close for clients in varying industries.

• Generating financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Support client relationships by providing organized financial records and contributing to our accounting operations' overall efficiency and accuracy.

• Communicating with clients via email, text, or Zoom. 

• Support our tax professionals in preparing quarterly estimates and annual returns.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a public accounting firm.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Knowledge of standard accounting and bookkeeping principles and best practices.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, whether working independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and company financial information.

• Enrolled Agent or candidate

• Interest and/or experience in tax accounting
